Everybody loves free stuff! We have plenty of free things for you and your pet!.

Familiarisation – Over the years we have found that one of the most common problems is separation anxiety. The first time your pet visits us, it is all unusual to them. More traumatic if they are older and have never been socalised in a kennel environment. We offer a “getting to know us” program. Bring your dog along for a few hours with us. If that goes ok, maybe a whole day the next time. We might have to repeat it a couple of times, until it feels comfortable being in the new environment. Also, it gets the idea that even though you drop him off here, he also gets to go home again. As pets don’t have a sense of time as we do, they will feel content when the actual holiday occurs. And it’s all a free service to you and your pet!

Pet Care Calendars - Each year we produce a petcare calender which helps keep track of things you have to do for your pet, such as heartworm prevention, vaccinations, flea treatments, worming etc.

Pens and More - We always have available mouse mats, biros, fridge magnets, torches, lollies, cold water etc.

Pet Care Advice - We are more than happy to help pet owners with advice from over 30 years of experience. Some will save you money, some will make life easier, are practical and improve the comfort of your pet. Come to us with your pet related problem and we will help to solve it. If we don’t know the answer, we should be able to refer you to someone who does. Wev’e forgotten how many puppies weve whelped, how many medical problems we have told owners about, who did not even know their pet had a problem. We just love to live and breathe their welfare, and share it with you.

“Stay a Little Longer” Reward Program – Kind of like frequent flyer points, with a stay a little longer reward program once you have clocked up enough boarding days, your pet will get additional free accommodation.

Free Dog wash - And just to make our Guests stay that little more memorable, we spoil them with a free warm sudsy bath and coat condition just before they go home. Its also complimentary every two weeks for the long term guests.

Treats – Not for you, silly! Well, there are always some lollies at reception for the humans. There are plenty of pigs ears, home made cookies, Straps etc available for our guests.

Special services – All of us experience something a little difficult and unfortunate in our lives at some time. If you have an emergency (such as a death in the family or serious illness) we are only too happy to go out of our way to open out of hours for no charge. Call 0416 123 803. However, if you are just lazy, or totally dysfunctional, you will be charged.

Bird boarding - If you are boarding another pet, we will board  your bird/s for free.

Referrals – If you refer someone to us, we will put 5 days free board on your account, as a small thank you. But we MUST know about the referral, and boarding. That bit’s your responsibility.

Bedding - All bedding is provided at no additional charge. In the winter months there are always plenty of blankets to snuggle into. Thanks to our wonderful customers who provide us with their old blankets and towels. They are certainly put to good use. Donations of your old towels and blankets is always appreciated.
